All styles of the 7ft 20kg Olympic bar have a high quality reliable grip, with standard bar featuring a 1.2mm Hill style knurling, intermediate 1.2mm Volcano style knurling & pro style boasting 1.5mm Volcano style knurling. With 4x stainless steel needle bearings (standard), 8x HK stainless steel bearings with 2x brass bushing, 10 NK stainless steel bearings with 2 brass bushing (intermediate) respectively, you are guaranteed a smooth bar rotation to help prevent the risk of wrist injuries. The standard Olympic barbell for sale is manufactured from specially developed #45 steel and features a chromed surface to help prevent rusting and scratches. The intermediate Olympic bar for sale is made from specially developed 40CrMo high quality alloy steel. The pro Olympic bar is a custom forged alloy steel bar, which boasts a durable, hardened chromed surface for elite performance of the Olympic barbell set. The maximum static load of additional Olympic barbell weight you can use for each style of 7ft 20kg Olympic bar is as follows: Standard = 320kg, Intermediate= 680kg and Pro = 910kg.
